Kaisercraft Miss Empire Card Made by Guest Designer Gemma

Hello.....  just thought I would share the second project made by our fabulous August Guest Designer, Gemma.  

This beautiful card has been made using the Kaisercraft Miss Empire Papers & 12x12 Sticker Sheet - we are loving the vintage vibe from this card.  The Miss Empire range really co-ordinates beautifully and love the browns and orange hues.

Tim Holtz Distress Inks & JOFY Stamps Card....

My Inks and stamps have been out again and having fun with Distress Inks to create backgrounds. I normally only use two colours of Distress Ink but thought I would use three for this card and I am pleased how this has turned out.

To create the background I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Seedless Preserve, Peeled Paint and Chipped Sapphire and will certainly be making more :-)

Kaisercraft Miss Empire Tag - Created by Guest Designer Gemma

Hello - hope you are enjoying a crafty weekend.

We wanted to welcome our Guest Designer for August, Gemma, and showcase her first project.  We both loved this tag as soon as we saw it!!!!

 Gemma, created this beautiful tag made using the Kaisercraft Miss Empire range which includes Papers, Rub-Ons's, Stickers & more....  This range is beautiful for creating vintage pieces for that special cardmaking or scrapbooking project. 

Gemma has also stamped and distressed the tag and added gems,ribbon & lace for a truly vintage look.

Barkley Xmas Stamp Card - The Promarkers Have Been Out

Hello...... When we posted a few days ago that the Barkley Stamps have arrived we just had to have a play so out came the inks and pro-markers.

The images have been stamped with Versafine Black ink and then coloured using Promarkers.  For these cards I tried the new Crafters Companion A4 Neenah Ultra Smooth Stamping Card and was really impressed.  It allowed the pens to blend really well without saturating the card - highly recommended!!!!

1920's Glamour Cards from Inspire Creationz

Hope you enjoyed a crafting weekend?  

We are at the Greenacres Summer Fair on Saturday so needed a number of cards to showcase our Classes. We are both busy making lots of samples this week made with different techniques.  The cards above have been made with two different stamps and different colour combinations - both are quick and simple makes.

August Guest Designer Announced - Welcome Gemma!!!!

Our Guest Designer for August has been selected and we would like to welcome Gemma to the Inspire Creationz Team:

Each month we run a Craft Challenge on our Blog with one lucky crafter selected to be our Guest Designer for the month.  Last month our Challenge was "Masculine Cards" and Gemma entered with this fabulous card:

Gemma's Bio:

"I have the best partner in the world who is very patient & understanding when it comes to my crafting, I am also a Mum to 4 fantastic boys & a few pets.

I have been crafting all my life but my passion for cardmaking started a few years back & still to this day I love every minute of it!

I love my Promarkers & my Spectrum Noir's which is what brings my images to life and I use on about every card I make, I also love rubber & digital stamping but out of the two I love rubber stamping the most which I have growing stash of these :)

I have recently starting dabbling in others crafts like Art Journalling and Art Canvas's which is an whole new world to me but i am enjoying it as i am learning lots of new techniques etc."
