Masculine Cardmaking Class - Thank You Ladies...

Yesterday we held our Masculine Cardmaking Class at Greenacres in Leicester and wanted to say thank you ladies for a fabulous afternoon crafting.

Most crafters find masculine cards difficult to make due to embellishments not being available and most suppliers seem to think that all males like football. fishing and golf.  With this in mind we wanted to create make cards using scraps and stamps to create the embellishments

We used a mix of stamps from Indigoblu Grand Tour 3, Tim Holtz, Kanban Seaside and more.  To finish the embellishments off we added DecoArt Liquid Glass and Card Candi.

Once again, thank you ladies for such a lovely afternoon crafting  See you all soon at our next class

Inspire Creationz Acetate Cardmaking Class - 1st September

Hello All,

I just thought I would share with you the cards made at our Acetate Class that we held on the 1st September.  Great fun was had by all and included lots of cutting, gluing and sticking.  I just love the card above which was made with the Hunkydory Topaz kit and a sheet of Acetate.

The card below was made to show how acetate can be used as a card blank and as embellishments.  We used the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals die to cut out the flower shapes which we then embossed using the Bigshot:

We will certainly be using more acetate on cards now.  Please pop back soon for lots of other designs we are working on

P.S. To book on one of our classes please visit our website www.inspirecreationz.com - all classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place - so book early to avoid disappointment...
