Kaisercraft Canvas - Getting Messy with Spray Inks & Embossing Paste

Morning All,

Just had to share this canvas we made at a recent retailer day with the fabulous Marion Emberson.  As you may know we both love altered art and when decorating canvases we are in our element!!!

So first up we used the Kaisercraft Spray Inks to cover the canvas and form the base. We then selected a contrasting colour (orange in our case) and adding a few splats.  Have to say we love the shimmer this spray inks add to your work!

Next up we added water to add the splash effects and dried off the canvases with a Heat Gun to make sue they were fully sealed.

Finally we mixed the embossing paste with a squirt of Kaisercraft Inks to colour the paste and worked over the 12x12 Kaisercraft Masks to add the Butterflies.  We added a touch of sparkle to the embossing paste before it set and heated through again with a Heat Gun.

By adding a sentiment sticker, bow and flower the canvas was finished!

We would both like to say a huge THANK YOU to Marion Emberson for a fabulous morning crafting and for giving us lots of ideas for future projects.

Hope you enjoyed
