Stamps, Masks & Texture Fun.....

Spent a lovely Bank Holiday Monday crafting and was determined to create a card with techniques I have used recently on MDF projects.

I started this card off with two Memento Inks - Teal Zeal & Peanut Brittle - love this colour combo!!!!

By using masks and stencils I was able to create texture to the inks.  A little bit of texture paste through the mask added even more texture to the bottom left corner.

The wording "Live, Laugh & Love" were created in word and printed out onto white card and then cut out and inked to match the card.

Finally, I used the Indigoblu Butterfly stamp which was inked using Versfine and once dry was cut out and inked using the two Memento inks.

Those of you that know me will know I struggle with busy cards as I normally like minimal and clean but loving this style at the minute.

Whilst the inks were ut I made a few other cards which I will share with you tomorrow.

Tim Holtz Distress Inks & JOFY Stamps Card....

My Inks and stamps have been out again and having fun with Distress Inks to create backgrounds. I normally only use two colours of Distress Ink but thought I would use three for this card and I am pleased how this has turned out.

To create the background I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Seedless Preserve, Peeled Paint and Chipped Sapphire and will certainly be making more :-)

Tag Heaven - Cardmaking fun from Inspire Creationz

 

A quick post today as we have just taken delivery of lots of new Hunkydory goodies.  We are having lots of fun at the minute with Tim Holtz Distress Inks and stamps and I have to say I am pleased how this has turned out.  I will post more pictures soon of the other tags made...

Been Having Fun with Distressing Products.....

It has been a really busy week but just wanted to share with you the new tags that I have made with the Tim Holtz Distressing Inks & Perfect Pearls.

After seeing the master at work recently, I really wanted to put my skills to the test so out came my inks and stamps. Let's just say I made lots of mess but I am really happy with how these turned out.
